The applicant claims the water pipe line is redundant by reason of the circumstances set out below.
I intend to remove the water pipe line on 4 October 2012 if no objections have been received before that date.

Easements: Water pipe easement over part marked "e-f-g" on DP 387909 (comprised in certificate of title 352066) and marked "g-h" on DP 387909 (comprised in certificate of title 352065) created by transfer 38331 registered on 18 March 1947 at 11.27am.
Circumstances: Parts of the dominant land have become physically separated from the servient land as a result of subdivision.
