Description: An estate in fee simple in 32 square metres, more or less, being Lot 1 on a plan to be lodged for deposit in the Hawke’s Bay Land District under 451161 being Part Lot 9 DP 2238, which is part of the land granted under Crown Grant of the Heretaunga Block on 1 April 1867.
