Land Transfer Act Notice

The applicants described below have applied, under section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the removal of a right of way and rights to convey water.
The applicants claim the right of way and rights to convey water are redundant by reason of the circumstances set out below.
I intend to remove the right of way and rights to convey water on 17 September 2012 if no objections have been received before that date.
Application: 9097388.1.
Applicants: Brian John Mason Chambers, Timothy Edward Mason Gilbertson and Alastair Mark Holder, c/o S J Scannell & Co, Solicitors, PO Box 804, Hastings 4156.
Easement: Right of way over parts marked "B" and "C" and a right to convey water over part marked "F" on DP 392702 created by Easement Instrument 7624147.12 and a right to convey water over parts marked "D", "E", "G" and "H" on DP 387432 created by Easement Instrument 7624147.13.
Circumstances: Part of the dominant land of the right of way has become separated from the servient land as a result of subdivision and the rights to convey water have expired due to a specified event being that Anne Louise Chambers is no longer the registered proprietor of the dominant land.
