Description: An estate in fee simple in 16.7029 hectares, more or less, being Lots 1 and 2 on a plan lodged for deposit in the North Auckland Land District under LT 453982, being North Western Portion Allotment 100 Parish of Puhoi and Part South Eastern Portion Allotment 102 Parish of Puhoi which is part of the land remaining in Deeds Index, Volume 3B, Folio 604, such land being part the land granted to John Spence under Crown Grant 9621B on 27 June 1868, and subsequently conveyed by Deed of Conveyance 153731 dated 14 December 1900, to Wenzel Bayer, who is recorded as being the documentary owner thereof.
