Land Transfer Act Notice

An application, under section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, has been received for the removal of an easement. The applicant claims the easement is redundant by reason of the circumstances set out below.
If no objections have been received before 26 July 2012, the Register will be updated to record the easement as redundant.

Applicant: Stoke Valley Holdings Limited, c/o Pitt & Moore, Solicitors, PO Box 42, Nelson 7040.
Easement: Right of way over part Lot 45 DP 418248; marked "AA" on DP 418248 created by easement instrument 8376619.6.
Circumstances: Due to subdivision, the dominant land has become physically separated from the servient land and the right of way no longer serves the dominant land.
