Description: An estate in fee simple in 1.2947 hectares, more or less, being Lot 4 on a plan lodged for deposit in the Nelson Land District under 445441, being Part Section 67, Upper Motueka District, which is the part of the land remaining in Deeds Index, Volume 2, Folio 222, such land being part of the land granted to Edward William Stafford under Crown Grant 2347 on 1 June 1854, and subsequently conveyed by Deed of Conveyance 2352 dated 3 September 1860 to Arthur R. Oliver who is recorded as being the documentary owner thereof.
