The applicants described below have applied, under section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the removal of a water pipe line.
The applicants claim the water pipe line is redundant by reason of the circumstances set out below.
I intend to remove the water pipe line on 17 July 2012 if no objections have been received before that date.

Easement: Water pipe easement over parts marked "e-f-g" on DP 387909, comprised in certificates of title 352066 and 352065, created by Transfer 38331 - 18 March 1947 at 11.27am.
Circumstances: Parts of the dominant land have become physically separated from the servient land as a result of subdivision.
