The applicant described below has applied, under section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the removal of an easement.
The applicant claims the easement is redundant by reason of the circumstances set out below.
I intend to remove the easement on 11 June 2012 if no objections have been received before that date.

Easement: Memorial on Certificate of Title NA1D/1332 (Lot 18 DP 46566) "subject to the right of access by existing Maori tracks until properly defined roads are laid off" created by Partition Order PR61/1 of Te Komiti 2 Block 1894.
Circumstances: The easement is no longer required to access any area through the said land as roads now exist.
