Description: An estate in fee simple in 2 square metres, more or less, being Lot 1 on a plan lodged for deposit in the North Auckland Land District under LT 428773, being Part Allotment 1, Section 2, City of Auckland, which is the residue of the land remaining in Deeds Index, Volume 18A, Folio 135 and Volume 19A, Folio 509, such land being part of the land granted to George Graham under Crown Grant 1015 on 10 June 1846 and subsequently conveyed to The New Zealand Express Company Limited, which is recorded as being the documentary owner thereof.
