I hereby give notice of an application lodged with me for the issue of a Computer Freehold Register to the below-named applicants, under section 19 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the land described below.

Description: An estate in fee simple in 2024 square metres, more or less, subject to survey, being Sections 14, 17, 18 and 19, Town of Okarito in the Westland Land District, being all of the land comprised in the Okarito Deeds Index pages 14, 17, 18 and 19, such land being the land granted to Patrick Kelly as to Section 14, James Evans as to Section 17 and James McGoldrick as to Sections 18 and 19 on 6 December 1869 under Crown Grants 1364, 1355 and 1345 respectively and who are recorded as being the documentary owners thereof.
