Land Transfer Act Notice

The applicant described below has applied, under section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the removal of a right of way easement.
The applicant claims the right of way easement is redundant by reason of the circumstances set out below.
I intend to remove the right of way easement on 14 April 2012 if no objections have been received before that date.

Applicant: Andrew Fraser Coster, of Waimauku, Auckland, c/o Davenports West Lawyers, PO Box 21248, Henderson 0650.
Easement: Right of way over part marked "A" and "C" and "B" on DP 414961 (comprised in Computer Freehold Registers 456547 and 456542 respectively) and over part marked "F" on DP 339712 (comprised in Computer Freehold
Register 163311) created by transfer 567075 registered on 1 December 1955.
Circumstances: The dominant land being Lots 1-13 DP 172944 (comprised in Computer Freehold Registers 106A/524-106A/534 respectively) has become physically separated from the servient land as a result of subdivision.
