Land Applied For: 3273 square metres, more or less, shown on LT 439420, being part of the former bed of Waeranga Stream adjoining Lot 2 DPS 87813 comprised in Computer Freehold Register SA69A/97 and Section 6 Taniwha Settlement comprised in Computer Freehold Register SA372/7 in the District of Waikato.
I hereby give notice of my intention to bring the land applied for under the provisions of the Land Transfer Act 1952 and issue titles for it in the names of the applicants unless a caveat forbidding the same is lodged on or before 2 May 2012.
