Description: An estate in fee simple in 1.5620 hectares, more or less, being Lot 1 on a plan lodged for deposit in the North Auckland Land District under 447813, being Part Allotment 32 Parish of Oruru, which is the residue of the land remaining in Deeds Index Volume 1H Folios 363 and 364C, such land being part of the land granted under Crown Grant.
