Pursuant to section 338(5)(d) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, the purpose of the land described in the Schedule hereto which was set apart as a Maori reservation by notice in the New Zealand Gazette, 11 January 1973, No. 1, page 38, is hereby redefined in terms of the persons or class of persons as now being for the Maori people within the locality of Toetoe Road who can whakapapa to their tupuna listed in the First Schedule over the land listed in the Second Schedule.
