Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Acting Conservator for the Otago Conservancy of the Department of Conservation changes the classification of that part of the reserve described in the Schedule from a local purpose (marina) reserve to a local purpose (marina and accessway) reserve, subject to the provisions of the Act.
