Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Jessica Earnshaw, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule of this notice to be road and vested in the Napier City Council on the date of publication hereof
in the New Zealand Gazette.
(b) Pursuant to section 116, declares the portion of
road described in the Second Schedule to this notice be stopped and further, pursuant to section 117(7), amalgamated with the land in Gazette Notice 435499.1.
