Under the Land Act 1948 and section 13 of the Interpretation Act 1999, the Deputy Director-General (Operations) of the Department of Conservation hereby corrects an error in the notice Reservation of Land, dated the 1st day of July 2005 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 7 July 2005, No. 105, page 2496, by adding to the description in the Schedule for Nelson Land District-Hurunui and Marlborough Districts the word
"Maling,"
after the word
"Rainbow,".
