Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Natasha Pollard, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road which shall vest in the Christchurch City Council;
(b) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be road which, pursuant section 5 of the Land Transport Management Act 2003, forms part of the Christchurch Southern Motorway and shall vest in the Crown; and
(c) Pursuant to section 52(1), declares that the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice is set apart
for the functioning indirectly of a road (segregation strip) and vested in the Christchurch City Council
on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
