Pursuant to section 338(5)(c) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the purpose for which the Maori reservation in respect of
the land described in the Schedule hereto, which was published in the New Zealand Gazette, 2 March 1950, No. 13, page 222, is hereby redefined as for the purpose
of a meeting house reserve and kaumatua housing for the common use and benefit of the Ngati Hinekura tribe.
