Pursuant to section 338(5)(b) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto that was set aside as a Maori reservation by a notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 25 March 1982, No. 34, page 1033, and redefined in the New Zealand Gazette, 23 February 1984, No. 26, page 495, is hereby cancelled.
