Pursuant to section 24A of the Reserves Act 1977, the Kaipara District Council changes the purpose of that part of the reserve described in the Schedule from a local purpose (esplanade) reserve to a local purpose (esplanade and historic building) reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.
