Pursuant to section 63 of the Ngai Tamanuhiri Claims Settlement Act 2012 ("the Settlement Act 2012"), the New Zealand Geographic Board Nga Pou Taunaha o Aotearoa ("Board") hereby gives notice of an altered Crown Protected Area (CPA) name.
The Schedule below specifies the details of the altered CPA name; its generic term; its description; and former name.
The official CPA name took effect on 1 August 2012, being the date the Settlement Act 2012 came into effect.
