Pursuant to section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Auckland Council hereby notifies that a resolution was adopted by the Rodney District Council at its meeting on 30 September 2010 declaring the parcel of land described in the Schedule hereto as a local purpose (community buildings) reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977.
