Under the Reserves Act 1987, the Community Support Manager for the Northland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation authorises the exchange of that part of the Rangitane Scenic Reserve described in the First Schedule for the land described in the Second Schedule, and further specifies that the land in the latter Schedule shall be held as scenic reserve for the purposes specified in section 19(1)(a) of the Reserves Act 1977.
