Under section 355 of the Resource Management Act 1991 (as saved by section 41 of the Marine and Coastal Area (Takutai Moana) Act 2011), the Minister of Conservation vests the leasehold interest, more particularly described in the memorandum of lease including the encumbrances and restrictions therein dated the 11th day of September 2012, in two areas of reclaimed coastal land owned by the Crown, being part of the Whitianga Marina reclamations and as described in the Schedule to this notice, in the Whitianga Marina Society.
