Under the Reserves Act 1977, and acting under a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Conservator for the East Coast Bay of Plenty Conservancy of the Department
of Conservation classifies the reserves described in the Schedule as reserves for the purposes specified at the end
of the respective descriptions of the reserves, subject to the provisions of the Act.
