Pursuant to section 28 of the Public Works Act 1981, and
to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Natasha Pollard, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into,
the right of way easement described in the First Schedule hereto is granted by Sanpat Holdings Limited over the
lands described in the Second Schedule hereto in favour
of the Waikato District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
