In exercise of the powers conferred on the Gisborne District Council by a delegation under the Reserves Act 1977,
the Chief Executive of the Gisborne District Council notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Gisborne District Council on 22 May 1996:
"Council as pursuant to Section 14 of the Reserves
Act 1977 declare the following land to be reserve within the meaning of the Reserves Act 1977

Lot 19 DP 2895
Lot 22 Pts Lots 20, 21 DP 2895 and Lot 2 DP 8491
Lot 23 and 24 DP 2895

Pt Lot 2 DP 3255
The above land be classified a recreation reserve pursuant to Section 17 of the Reserves Act 1977."
