Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road which, pursuant to section 5 of the Land Transport Management Act 2003, forms part of State Highway 35 and shall vest
in the Crown;
(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice is to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register GS6B/798, subject to Mortgages 228562.5 and 228562.7, section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 and Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987,
on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
