Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 116, declares the portions of road described in the First Schedule to this notice are to be stopped and further, pursuant to section 52, set apart for scenic reserve and shall remain vested in the Crown;
(b) Pursuant to section 52, declares the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice is to be set apart for scenic reserve and shall remain vested in the Crown;
(c) Pursuant to section 20, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice is acquired for scenic reserve and shall vest in the Crown
on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
