Pursuant to section 338(5)(d) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the class of persons for whose benefit the Maori Freehold Land described in the Schedule hereto that was set aside as a Maori reservation by notice in the New Zealand Gazette,
20 August 2009, No. 124, page 2873, is hereby redefined as the direct descendants of Takerei Te Rangiwaitara and Taaniora Te Wharauroa and the shareholders and their direct descendants of the surrounding land blocks, being sections 7H, 7B1, 7D and 7E Block VII Awakino North Survey District.
