Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 116, declares the portions of road described in the First Schedule to this notice are to be stopped and further, pursuant to section 52, set apart for the functioning indirectly of a road (segregation strip) and shall remain vested in the Crown;
(b) Pursuant to section 52, declares the land described in the Second Schedule is to be set apart for the functioning indirectly of a road (segregation strip) and shall remain vested in the Crown
on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
