Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 20, declares that, agreements
to that effect having been entered into, the land described
in the First Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired
for stream diversion and shall vest in the Otorohanga District Council on the date of publication hereof in the
New Zealand Gazette.
(b) Pursuant to section 20, declares that, agreements
to that effect having been entered into, the land described
in the Second Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for stream diversion purposes and shall vest in the Otorohanga District Council on the date of publication hereof in the
New Zealand Gazette.
(c) Pursuant to section 20, declares that, agreements
to that effect having been entered into, the land described
in the Third Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for stream diversion purposes and shall remain vested in the Otorohanga District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
(d) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice to be road and shall vest in the Otorohanga District Council.
(e) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Fifth Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA1408/81, subject to mortgage 7872684.4.
(f) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Sixth Schedule to this
notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA1420/90, subject to mortgage 8874422.3.
(g) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Seventh Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA51B/699, subject to mortgage H888986.5.
(h) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Eighth Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA65D/873, subject to mortgage 5273172.3.
