Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and a delegation from the Minister for Land Information New Zealand, Natasha Pollard, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 20, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the portion of land described in the First Schedule to this notice is to be acquired for road and shall be vested in the Waikato District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
(b) Pursuant to sections 116(1), 117(3) and 120(3), declares that the portions of land described in the Second Schedule to this notice are hereby stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA32B/741, subject to all existing encumbrances.
