Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and a delegation from the Minister for Land Information New Zealand, Natasha Pollard, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 20, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the portions of land described in the First Schedule to this notice are to be acquired for road and shall be vested in the Waikato District Council.
(b) Pursuant to sections 116(1), 117(3) and 120(3), declares that, the portions of land described in the Second Schedule to this notice are hereby stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA71B/348, subject to all existing encumbrances.
