Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court,
the persons for whom the Maori reservation in respect of the land described in the Schedule hereto was created by notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 18 February 1982, No. 18, page 530, was Nga Ariki hapu exclusively and is hereby redefined as being Ngariki (Nga Ariki), hapu of Ngatihine (Ngaati Hine) tribe and Tuwhakaehu hapu.
