Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Paul Stephen Kelly, Land Information New Zealand, declares that:
(a) Pursuant to section 50(1), the land in the First Schedule be set apart for soil conservation and river control purposes and vested in the Wellington Regional Council; and
(b) Pursuant to section 52(1)(d), the land in the Second Schedule be set apart as a local purpose reserve (soil conservation and river control) and vested in the Minister
of Conservation pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977.
