Under section 6(3) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Minister of Conservation hereby revokes the notice headed Declaration That Land is Not a Reserve, dated the 19th day of
February 1997 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 10 April 1997, No. 32, page 792, which was declared to be invalid by a decision of the Auckland High Court (Tamaki Reserve Protection Trust Inc v Minister of Conservation CP600/97 12 March 1999).
