Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for
Land Information, Natasha Pollard, Land Information
New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement having been entered into dated the 26th day of June 2012, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is to be set apart for fire station and emergency services purposes; subject to 8537096.1, Part 9 of the Ngai Tahu Claims Settlement Act 1998, Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987, section 10 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 and excludes the non-statute Minerals which remain in CT172/290, and the land shall vest in the New Zealand
Fire Service Commission on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
