Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservation Support Manager for the East Coast Bay of Plenty Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the reservation as local purpose (accessway) reserves over
the lands described in the Schedule and declares that the lands may be disposed of by the Rotorua District Council on such terms and conditions as the council determines, the proceeds from sale to be paid into the general funds of
the council.
