Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Natasha Pollard, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Declares the portion of road described in the First Schedule hereto to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA658/61; and
(b) Declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA1748/70.
