Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservator for the
East Coast Bay of Plenty Conservancy of the Department
of Conservation changes the classification of the reserves described in the Schedule from recreation reserves to local purpose (stormwater) reserves, subject to the provisions of the Act.
