Pursuant to section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Auckland Council hereby notifies that a resolution was adopted by the Auckland Council’s Regional Development and Operations Committee at its meeting on 24 May 2011 declaring the parcel of land described in the Schedule hereto as a recreation reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977.
