Pursuant to section 24A(1) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Waitomo District Council hereby changes the classification of that part of the local purpose (esplanade) reserve described in the Schedule to this notice to local purpose (sewerage utility) reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.
