Under the Reserves Act 1977, and acting under a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Conservation Support Manager for the Tongariro Whanganui Taranaki Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the reservation as a recreation reserve over the land described
in the Schedule with effect that the land vests in the
New Plymouth District Council as an estate in fee simple and may be disposed of by the council in such manner, at a price and on terms and conditions as the council determines, the proceeds from a sale to be paid into the general funds
of the council.
