Pursuant to section 16 of the Reserves Act 1977,
the Tauranga City Council resolved on 20 March 2012,
that, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by delegation under the Reserves Act 1977, the Tauranga City Council classifies the land described in the Schedule below as recreation reserve.
