to be a special board by the name of Lake Rotoiti Scenic Reserve Board, to have control of the reserves in the Schedules hereto, subject to the provisions of the Reserves Act 1977, for a term of seven years from 10 November 2010 to 9 November 2017.

Hinehopu Scenic Reserve
50.9114 hectares, more or less, being parts Rotoiti 7 Block and parts Te Tautara Block, situated in Block IX Rotoma Survey District.
