Under section 16(2A) of the Reserves Act 1977, the
New Plymouth District Council, pursuant to a resolution dated the 2nd day of March 2010, hereby classifies the esplanade reserve described in the First Schedule and local purpose (esplanade) reserve described in the Second Schedule as a local purpose (esplanade) reserve.
