Under section 16(1) of the Reserves Act 1977, and acting under a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the New Plymouth District Council, pursuant to a resolution dated the 2nd day of March 2010, hereby classifies the public utility reserve described in the Schedule as local purpose (historic site and recreation) reserve.
