A Proclamation
I, Lieutenant General The Right Honourable Sir Jerry Mateparae, Governor-General of New Zealand, pursuant to section 14 of the Wildlife Act 1953, hereby revoke the Proclamation declaring Whale Island in the Bay of Plenty
to be a wildlife refuge, made on 6 September 1965 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 9 September 1965, No. 50, page 1494, and declare that this Proclamation shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
